Approach |
- Ensured underlying support systems (network, DNS, domain services) were stable and properly implemented prior to Exchange migration
- Set up global MS Exchange infrastructure along with Trend Micro virus scanning system
- Extensively planned and tested sample migrations from each of the existing legacy e-mail systems prior to converting actual users to ensure no data loss and clean migration
- Developed extensive communication, training, and documentation (in multiple languages) to inform and prepare users, and ensure operations were not impacted
